Laura Lu

Laura graduated from the Singapore Management University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023.

She began her career in the financial services practice of a leading regional law firm, advising on MAS licensing requirements, regulatory and compliance issues, and FinTech mergers and acquisitions. She later expanded her repertoire in corporate and capital markets work, gaining further experience in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate actions.
