Jake Koh

Jake currently undertakes and assists on a wide array of real estate transactions under the supervision of an Associate Director.

Jake advises an extensive clientele – ranging from corporate entities to high-net-worth individuals. His expertise spans the entire spectrum of property transactions from HDB to private residential, corporate real estate and commercial conveyancing matters, which encompasses both under-construction and completed projects. He is also adept in refinancing, loan redemption and restructuring intricacies.

Before focusing on Real Estate, Jake accumulated a wealth of experience in Litigation & Dispute Resolution in one of the Big Four law firms. He represented both international and domestic corporate and individual clients across various judicial platforms – including the State Courts, High Court, and Singapore International Commercial Court. He has also acted for clients in alternative dispute resolution avenues, navigating mediations and arbitrations under the SIAC

He is fluent in Mandarin and can communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds to provide legal services with a focus on achieving their best interests.
